Borrowdale Baby Back Ribs
These Borrowdale Baby backs were rubbed down with the always outstanding (Sweet Succulent Swine) by Heavenly Hell BBQ & smoked @225f/107c on the wicked little Green Mountain Grills Trek for 2 hours or until the desired colour/bark is reached, then wrapped with brown sugar, butter, honey and a touch of The Four Saucemen (The Rib Glaze) until your desired tenderness is reached (this rack was wrapped for 2 hours) - remove ribs from the wrap and warm your glaze or sauce gently before applying to the ribs - glaze/sauce ribs and return to the smoker for 20-30mins, then reglaze and another 20-30mins to set the glaze!!
