Traditional to Jamaica, Jerk seasoning principally relies upon two ingredients: All spice and Scotch Bonnet Peppers. These are combined together with many other spices including Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger and Thyme to create a deliciously balanced savoury seasoning with a medium heat rating.

Commonly used with pork and chicken, it is also great with seafood, beef, lamb and vegetables.
