The Wyld Smoke Rib Rub can best be described as Kentucky BBQ style; salty with a little bit of sweet and a little bit of heat.
Sprinkle the rub liberally over pork ribs, or use on a pork shoulder and slow roasted for a great pulled pork. The flavour also works well as a base rub on spicy wings with hot sauce, or whole barbecued chicken.
It matches well with hickory, apple, cherry or pecan wood when smoked.
