Bulldozer BBQ were the first American BBQ rub company in Australia, introducing the style in 2009.
The Aussie SPG+
SPG-Salt, Pepper, Garlic is an essential building block of BBQ it can be a starter base for a custom rub, and undercoat for other rubs or often used just on it’s own.
We happen to like a bit of onion in ours along with multiple coarseness of pepper & garlic.
Most importantly, we love the unique mineral flavours imparted by the Victorian sourced Pink Lake Salt
from the BarengiGadjin Land Council.
