Smoked BBQ Co was brought to life through our pure passion for BBQ. A family owned & operated business blending homegrown knowledge from Kansas USA with a qualified Aussie Chef’s knowledge of 18 yrs to create a unified hub of professional knowledge, advice & industry expertise.

It began as a simple Husband & Wife team and has grown into a whole community of avid Que’ers giving us amazing support and the opportunity to provide not only a variety of the highest quality products to fill the pantry and to fuel those cooks but to help kick off so many people's own BBQ journey.

As a unique one stop BBQ supply shop our goal is not only to deliver you the best products in BBQ but to provide as many people as we can with the knowledge, advice and support required to achieve their best BBQ possible.

Trent Barrett
Aussie Executive Chef | Owner

As an experienced Executive Chef of 20 years with a food science background, Trent has a wealth of knowledge alongside a passion for cooking and all things BBQ. This paired with his love of teaching people and creating memories through food was the catalyst that lead to the creation of Smoked BBQ Co.

Trent has a desire to share as much knowledge as he can to ensure all of our customers achieve whatever BBQ Goals they have, no matter how big or small.

Cassie Barrett
US Pitmistress | Owner

Born in the small town of Sabetha, KS Cassie was brought up with American BBQ. From Potluck Dinners in the community to nearly any event and activity held there was always BBQ on hand. Each family would provide a different dish whether a protein, side or dessert to be set out and shared together. After moving to Australia, she missed her Kansas City Style BBQ so tapping into Trent's knowledge and advise along with shared family recipes she began further expanding, fine tuning and experimenting all things Que'. This led to some incredible (and terrible) cooks but also created a love & passion for not only BBQ but the sense of home & community it provides.
