Currently use the Misty Gully Hickory liquid smoke on slow cook pastrami, the hickory takes it to the next level.

Bought these pellets along with maple. These where used to smoke a 50/50 mix of apple and maple smoked ribs.
These turned out awesome, especially with a rub that included maple in the mix!

Definitely a dark horse rub this one, I usually put a light coating of this bad boy then whatever I’m using over the top
I love the spice i ordered and the chicken salt, it's the closest to fish and chip shop stuff but you can enjoy it at home. The Jamaican jerk chicken was beautiful on some wing nibbles and thrown into the oven. The BBQ sauce was also great. I'll definitely be back for more stuff soon!

All the spices and rubs I have tried have been great.
Some not so spicy for the kids others a nice kick.
Maori Rub has a little kick but very mild. If you are liking spicy that doesn't have you looking for a glass of milk after you used it, the Maori Rub is one to try.
Excellent postal tracking too.
