Birra Taco Broth Bas is the Bomb

Cant rave enough about his broth, it saves me having to make the mixture myself and tastes the same!

For a commercial brand it’s good

It’s the only one of Lanes sauces we will use, their others just don’t stack up to good tasting.

Better than expected.

In the past i used to make pizza in 2 X 9qts camp ovens. They turned out good but took about 8 min to make and just lacking a little bit. I was looking on line for pizza dough recipe and found ooni original dough recipe and made it but added a table spoon of honey. Saw the videos on ooni ovens and roccbox ovens. Decided in the ooni karu 12g, checked around online all about the same price except for Smoked BBQ Co. Got in touch with them, good and easy to deal with.

Atomic Chicken 'Chicken Salt

This product is so tasty I had to by one for my mum to as it is hard to find suck a fantastic chicken salt all the others brands go hard and lump so I would definitely recommend purchasing this product.

Great flavour

I use the plum chips with pork ribs and shoulder, even did a pork roast with it. Nice long smoke time. I like to pair it with the Manuka honey hot rub.

Take your chips to another level

My kids are super picky with what they eat, but they can’t get enough of this chip rub! Goes great on roast potatoes too.

Best chicken wings ever

This rub is great on smoked chicken wings. Light on the spice so everyone can enjoy and just enhances the smoky flavour. For myself I smother my wings with this rub and then coat again right before i put them in the smoker, there are never leftovers.

Next Level Smoker

I have used this smoker three times in the first four days, smoking brisket, Tri Tip, and chicken wings. I love it.

The temperature control was excellent, so I set up four test probes to measure the temperature in the smoker, see how close it was across the grill, and see how well it correlated to the smoker's controller's temperature probe.

It was excellent, with even heat across the grill (—/+2 degrees) and well correlated to the smoker controller temp probe, which was rarely more than 3-4 degrees difference. However, at the highest smoke level (10), I imagine the temp swings would be wider (even if temporary).

It has a very simple but clever ash removal system: You pull a lever, and all the ash drops out (into a cup), and it takes just 1 minute to change. It also has a smoker box, which is great for adding more smoke via wood or charcoal chunks. My only criticism is that the smoker box is directly under the handle, which makes re-filling it during operation tricky.

I had a PitBoss smoker for a couple of years, but this is next level. Highly recommended.

Trent has great knowledge, is approachable and happy to share what he knows. He can troubleshoot with you, and is calm and respectful about it.
I learnt some great tips during the class that will hopefully help take my BBQ cooking to the next level.
