Whether it be wood chunks or pellets we will help you achieve the smoke profile you're looking for whether it be sweet, deep and rich or a combination of both. We will educate you on using different woods or pellets together and the attributes of different woods to bring the best out in your cooks.

Cooking Tips

Cooking guides are available In Store and for our Online customers for a wide variety of your favourite Low & Slow smoked proteins, from Brisket & Beef Cheeks to Reverse Seared Duck Breast, Pizza Dough and lots more. Smoked BBQ Classes are one of a kind tailored classes! - one on one, group classes and corporate training packages are individually tailored to the customers skill sets, smokers and BBQ's, areas of improvement, interests and more.

Absolutely love this local family business! Trent and Cassie are incredibly passionate and always go above and beyond to assist, whether you're a barbecue beginner (like me) or a seasoned pro. They always have an extensive selection of charcoal, pellets, and wood and the fridge is stocked with the best cuts of meat that you won’t find in your local Woolies or Coles. They also have the most diverse range of ribs, sauces, and injections I've ever seen. Plenty of BBQs, fire pits, pizza ovens and anything you need to cook! What sets them apart is their willingness to share their expertise. Every time I visit, they send me off with new cooking ideas and helpful tips to nail the perfect cook.
