What are Smoked's Price Match T&Cs?

At Smoked BBQ Co. we want to ensure you’re getting the best deal possible. If you find a product we carry at a lower price elsewhere, we’ll enthusiastically do our very best to match it. This applies to both online (phone orders) and in-store purchases. The following FAQs constitute our T&Cs.

How Can I Request a Price Match?

It’s simple! Just note the advertised price and the retailer where you found it, then get in touch with our friendly customer service team. We’ll confirm the price match with you either over the phone or via live chat. We’re available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm & Sat-Sun 9am-3pm at the following number: (07) 5572 7790 or online Mon-Fri 9am-8pm & Sat-Sun 9am-6pm.

What are the Price Match requirements?

We offer price matching for products purchased in-store or via phone orders. To qualify for a price match, the product must be identical to the one sold by the competitor, including the warranty, and it must be available for immediate purchase at their store.

Please note, if you’re comparing online prices, shipping or handling fees will be factored into the price match. Additionally, the competitor’s price must be verified by Smoked BBQ Co. staff before the price match can be processed.

Smoked BBQ Co reserves the right to accept or reject any price match request at our discretion.

Are there any Price Matching Exclusions?

Yes, some. The following conditions and products are excluded from our price match policy:

  • Non-identical products (including non-identical warranties)
  • Package deals or bundled promotions
  • Bonus offers or promotional bundles
  • Demo, used, or refurbished products
  • Cashback, coupon, or promotional discounts
  • Resellers and third-party sellers
  • Customer special orders
  • Contract pricing or negotiated rates
  • Competitor clearance items or products with limited or restricted quantities
  • Products from online auction sites (e.g., eBay)
  • Advertising errors or misprints
