Atomic Chicken's Charcoal Chicken Rub provides a great way to have that same unmistakable smokey char flavour which sets it apart from the normal roasted chook. Just sprinkle, rub or marinade generously before roasting, barbequing or grilling.

Fun Fact: Did you know? The origin of the modern-day Charcoal Chicken is a version of 'pollo al spiedo' developed in Peru in the 1950's by a couple of Swiss blokes living there. In the 1980's many Aussie chicken shops who used the good old 'Rotissomat' oven changed their rotisseries to get that legendary 'cooked over coals' flavour.
