I purchased a bottle of Misty Gully Liquid Smoke 'Mesquite' 210ml to add to a BBQ Sauce recipe I have, and it really gave a great Smokey flavour to the sauce. I do a lot of meat, fish, cheese and almond smoking, but this Liquid Smoke is a quick way of adding a Smokey flavour to meals without having to fire up the smoker.
