Stockyard Smokers are owned and fabricated by Trade qualified and competing competition pit master Chay Adams. These pits are built with the wealth of knowledge in steel fabrication and a true passion for low n slow barbeque. Chay saw the opportunity and the need to build the best custom-built smokers that are tried and proven in competition and backyard BBQ and to still be affordable using Australian made products. The 20” reverse flow offset smoker comes with a 1200mm cook chamber, 2 removable slide out cooking racks, heavy duty castors, heavy duty bottom wood storage shelf, heavy duty front shelf (5mm mesh insert), drain valve, varnished hardwood timber handle, cool touch stainless handles on firebox and flue dampener, 80mm CT030 flaming coals thermometer, mirror finish stainless steel laser cut logo on counterweight, laser cut logo in firebox walls for optimum air intake, removable fire cradle, coated in high temp paint or sealed with linseed oil.
