Simply place Grid Lifter on cooking grid as shown. Squeeze handle and rotate the Grid Lifter ¼ turn – 90º. Release handle, check that grid is secure, and lift.
Yes! The heat shield protects your hands whilst lifting cooking grids whilst the Egg is hot and running. We although still recommend using heat proof gloves for extra safety.
