Midwest Dust is the newest companion to the already widely successful Boars Night Out Championship BBQ Team and Catering line up of seasonings and rubs. Just like their BBQ Rub, Midwest Dust lines up with all the flavours of Boars Night Out White Lightning to layer on your favourite steak or cut of beef! This rub has been working really well on the SCA Competition circuit in testing for over a year can be used as a finishing dust in competition BBQ and grilling.
Suggested for use on just about anything.
Ingredients: Salt, Spices including chili pepper, sugar, garlic and onion powder, monosodium glutamate, Worcestershire sauce (vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel colour [contains sulfites], garlic, sucrose, spices, tamarind, natural flavour, and maltodextrin), roast beef flavour, (Natural flavour [contains maltodextrin and rendered beef fat], salt, beef stock, autolyzed yeast extract and spice), celery seed, natural flavour and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
