We will be giving Dad's and extra day to celebrate with our FREE Father's Day Smoked & Seared Event at Smoked BBQ Co on Saturday the 2nd of September!

There will be reverse searing demonstrations on our GMG pellet smoker and Big Green Egg! From 11am - 2pm

We will be reverse searing a multitude of different proteins for sampling on the day from chicken thighs and lamb racks to duck breast and tomahawks!

The GMG will be doing the smoking, we will then be searing over coals on the Big Green Egg for the ultimate finish to a reverse sear!
