Held at Smoked BBQ Co our very own Chef Trent takes the participants on an exciting journey with custom tailored BBQ classes, with lots of laughs, good eats, a couple of bevvies, a lot of learning and good times.

These educational BBQ classes are perfect for the bbq lover just getting started, low n slow enthusiast and those wanting to up their 'queing game at any level.

About The Class

These classes focus on imparting core foundational knowledge we find that people struggle to get elsewhere. With a tailored approach to each individual & instruction that caters to their individual skill set and smoker or BBQ, with the goal of gaining both knowledge and confidence to elevate their BBQ skills to new heights. We keep class numbers between 1 to 7 attendees.

You’ll uncover the juicy secrets to perfecting your BBQ and get to indulge in some tasty BBQ we cook up. It’s learning, laughing, and licking your fingers rolled into one delicious experience!

Tasty BBQ treats will vary from Beef Short ribs, Pork ribs, Smoked Buti Farra sausages, Chicken wings and Jalapeño poppers just to name a few! *Subject to change*

Easy booking. Layed back atmosphere during class. Knowledgeable down to earth blokes that cook a mean feed and have cold beers. I could’ve stayed there all day talking about smoking meat tips and processes. Highly recommend.

Where are the Pitmaster BBQ Classes held?

Our classes, delivered by Chef Trent, are held at Smoked BBQ Co, 2082 Gold Coast Hwy, Miami on the Gold Coast QLD.


Can I organise a One on One class or book for a small group?

Of course! Our Pitmaster Meat and More BBQ classes are always a small, friendly group of around five attendees. If you would like to organise a private session at a date and time that suits, we can organise that and welcome your enquiry.
