About The Classes - Tailored custom class to the individuals and their smokers!
These classes are heavily theory based and focus on imparting core foundational knowledge we find that people struggle to get elsewhere. With a tailored approach to each individual & instruction that caters to their individual skill set and smoker or BBQ, with the goal of gaining both knowledge and confidence to elevate their BBQ skills to new heights. We keep class numbers between 1 to 5 attendees.
