Atomic Chicken's Charcoal Chicken Rub provides a great way to have that same unmistakable smokey char flavour which sets it apart from the normal roasted chook. Just sprinkle, rub or marinade generously before roasting, barbequing or grilling.

This rub is also wonderful on seafood, vegetables and sprinkled on hot chips. (It also brings a sensational flavour burst to mashed spuds!)

Universal flavour boost

This is our go-too rub. Mild flavour profile that suits non-spicey eaters in the family. Delicious on chicken but can be used with any protein. Wonderful product and great service from Smoked BBQ Co.!

Best chicken wings ever

This rub is great on smoked chicken wings. Light on the spice so everyone can enjoy and just enhances the smoky flavour. For myself I smother my wings with this rub and then coat again right before i put them in the smoker, there are never leftovers.

Fun Fact: Did you know? The origin of the modern-day Charcoal Chicken is a version of 'pollo al spiedo' developed in Peru in the 1950's by a couple of Swiss blokes living there. In the 1980's many Aussie chicken shops who used the good old 'Rotissomat' oven changed their rotisseries to get that legendary 'cooked over coals' flavour.
