Learned from working with a family from Vera Cruz, Mexico in their restaurant. A region well known for seafood as well as meatier proteins. Bulldozer has been refining this recipe for 40years.
Works fantastic for fajitas using beef or seafood. Pork carnitas, Baja fish tacos, as a rub for ribs, chicken or steak.
We would consider this a mild rub and is pairs perfectly with fajitas, tacos and ribs.
