Gotcha Muchacha is Bulldozer BBQs take on the punchy Texan version of Mexican food. Learned from working with a family from Vera Cruz, Mexico in their restaurant. A region well known for seafood as well as meatier proteins. Bulldozer has been refining this recipe for 40years.
Works fantastic for fajitas using beef or seafood. Pork carnitas, Baja fish tacos, as a rub for ribs, chicken or steak.
