Royal Rib Rub is a finely crafted blend of sugar, salt, chilli pepper, garlic, onion and chilli pepper with an earthy mesquite smoke undertone. MSG and gluten free, the Clark Crew BBQ Royal Rib Rub, while great on anything is an absolute winner on pork and ribs.
Cane sugar, salt, spices including chili pepper, dehydrated garlic and onion, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, citric acid extractive of paprika (colour); natural mesquite smoke flavour and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
Perfect for pork but will pair really well with poultry, beef and even with seafood.
We love this dusted over charred prawns on the hibachi and on baby back pork ribs.
