John Henry's 'Texas Brisket' Rub 11oz

Very popular and full of flavour, it's designed to hold the juices in while penetrating the beef and spreading flavor throughout the brisket or tri-tip.

These BBQ rubs are hand made in Houston, Texas. They are very unique and add game changing flavour to your foods.

For best results apply generously and rub into the meat/food. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes. They can also be used to tweak BBQ sauces or mayonnaise to get your own flavour.

If you cook (with smoke if possible) at a lower temperature for a longer time it will give you a much juicer, more tender finished product.
