- 1000mm cook chamber,
- removable single cooking rack,
- heavy duty castors, heavy duty bottom wood storage shelf,
- drain valve,
- varnished hardwood timber handle,
- cool touch stainless handles on firebox and flue dampener,
- 80mm CT030 flaming coals thermometer,
- laser cut logo in firebox door acting as the air intake, coated in high temp paint or sealed with linseed oil.

About Stockyard Smokers
All Stockyard Smokers cook chambers and fireboxes are fabricated using a minimum 6mm mild steel. Stockyard Smokers are owned and fabricated by Trade qualified and competing competition pit master Chay Adams. These pits are built with the wealth of knowledge in steel fabrication and a true passion for low n slow barbeque.
