All Stockyard Smokers cook chambers and fireboxes are fabricated using a minimum 6mm mild steel. Stockyard Smokers are owned and fabricated by Trade qualified and competing competition pit master Chay Adams. These pits are built with the wealth of knowledge in steel fabrication and a true passion for low n slow barbeque. Chay saw the opportunity and the need to build the best custom-built smokers that are tried and proven in competition and backyard BBQ and to still be affordable using Australian made products. Any Stockyard Smoker will be enjoyed for generations to come and is a forever smoker!!

The 30" or Larger Offset Smoker options have custom variations that can be accommodated, e.g. longer cook chambers, double doors, trailer mounted, Sear grills to the top of fireboxes etc.
