Can I use this seasoning if I don't have a smoker?
Most definitely!
With an added a lick of smoke to this seasoning you can cook directly in the oven or smoker.
- We recommend setting your oven or BBQ to 350-400f (180 - 200c).
- Apply the seasoning to the bird and let sit for about 10 minutes so the seasoning sticks to the skin.
- When the chicken is finished cooking, let it rest for 5-10 mins uncovered and then carve and serve.
- * Remember the safe internal temperature for chicken is 165f (75c)*
