A great experience

Assembly of the Chubby was straight forward. Cooked my first short back ribs using the recipe provided by Smoked BBQ. The result was fantastic as proven by the almost immediate disappearance of the ribs when they were placed on the table. The staff at Smoked BBQ Co were great in providing the advice to start my smoking journey.

Next Level Smoker

I have used this smoker three times in the first four days, smoking brisket, Tri Tip, and chicken wings. It also has a smoke box, which is great for adding more smoke via wood or charcoal chunks. I had a PitBoss smoker for a couple of years, but this is next level. Highly recommended.

I bought a Hark smoker from Trent at Smoked. When I collected it from the shop he spent a good couple hours explaining the do's and don't's of how to operate it, how to season and how to prepare the meats. Also I called a couple weeks after and he spent the time to explain everything in detail. The customer service is amazing. 5 stars, a customer for life!
